CA lid + a sturdy 3 skids bin adapted to box rotators

Function

The Janny MT 610H module is composed of the Tiempo Cap lid and a 610-liter bin with 3 skids. Together they form an individual controlled atmosphere module. This module allows the natural extension of the shelf life of many fruits, vegetables, flowers and mushrooms.

Usage

The Janny MT module is designed for the cold storage of many fruits, vegetables, cut flowers, mushrooms, herbs and condiments.

When the modules are closed, after the products have been previously cooled to the recommended temperature, the lid must be securely fastened to the bin to ensure a tight seal.

If the Janny MT module is used in other conditions than those recommended (storage temperature, quantity of product per bin, number of membranes, adapted harvesting stage), the quality of preservation may be affected. The tightness of the lid is essential for the passive diffusion of gases: particular attention must be paid to the seal and the membranes when the lids are not in use.

The monitoring of O2 & CO2 rates inside the modules is possible with a Tiempo Test (Silver or Green).

The CA module 610H is used for the storage of living products that breathe.
